Lincoln Blissett

Exercise Physiologist

Lincoln completed his Bachelor of Exercise Physiology & Rehabilitation at the University of Canberra in 2021. Lincoln is also currently studying a Master of Strength & Conditioning at the highly renowned Edith Cowan University. Growing up, Lincoln competed at state and national level in cross country, athletics and touch football and has always lead an active lifestyle.

Lincoln has been working in private practice since he completed his studies where he has gained experience in treating a variety of sports injuries, musculoskeletal injuries and chronic health conditions. Lincoln also spent time working with the Canberra Raiders where he honed his skills in rehabilitating and preventing sports injuries. He is also the current Head of Athletic Performance with ACT Touch Football to maximise on field performance of youth and adult aged athletes.

Having been through reconstructive surgeries to his ankle, knee, and shoulder, Lincoln has a rare and invaluable insight into understanding and overcoming many of the challenges that are posed with long-term injuries. It is through his work experience and own injury history that he developed a passion for helping other people triumph through their rehabilitation journey, and continuing to complete additional study to improve his own practices. His particular areas of interest are ACL rehabilitation, field-based rehabilitation of lower limb injuries, osteoarthritis, late stage sport specific rehabilitation and upper limb injuries.
